  • DESCRIPTION
     MODE OF ACTION The bactericidal effect of Primecin Solublese based on their ability to inhibit the enzymatic action of topoisomerase, acting on the microbial DNA: Primecin Soluble has a rapid bactericidal action by inhibiting the DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) which is the enzyme responsible super curl DNA and transcription and cellular replication, thus causing a lethal effect on the microbial DNA. Soluble Primecin acts rapidly in both the resting phase and multiplication (inhibition of bacterial gyrase), while other antibiotics, act only in the period of multiplication.
  • DOSE
     Ciprofloxacin 15 mg per kg. Equivalent to each 450 mL of Primecin Soluble to medicate 2250 kg liveweight (1 mL per liter of water). Medication should be 3 to 5 days. Oral route of administration in the drinking water.

    Do not use this product 5 days before slaughter of animals intended for human consumption. Bird egg not to consume up to 5 days after the last treatment. Keep out of reach of children Store at shade and in a cool place.
