  • DESCRIPTION
    Reconstituting long - acting, indicated in postpartum weaning and acclimatization. Promotes muscle development in growing animals and exercise. After worming indicated in cases of reduced fertility and stress conditions, transport, exhaustion, convalescence, delayed animals. Prometabol ADE ® is an injectable anabolic preparation whose active substance is nandrolone decanoate , added fat - soluble vitamins A, D, E. The decanoate ester in oily vehicle provides preparing an anabolic and restorative action for a period of 3 to 4 weeks post injection. Pharmacokinetics After deep intramuscular application prolonged absorption continues as nandrolone decanoate is added to an oil vehicle required until 4 weeks for complete absorption from the injection site. Once in the blood, nandrolone decanoate has a half life of 6 hours. It is widely distributed to tissues, metabolized in the liver. It is broken down into several metabolites that are excreted in the urine. The elimination period lasts 3 to 4 hours.

    Cattle and horses: 4 - 8 mL Calves, pigs and sheep: 2 - 5 mL ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION: Intramuscularly or subcutaneously.

    Withdrawal period: Do not use this product 30 days before slaughter of animals intended for human consumption. Do not use in pregnant animals, or animals with liver failure, cardiac or prostatic carcinoma animals. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
